COLLAR ME UP

Collars whether they be permanent or detachable seem to be a statement piece that is here to stay. For months this little piece has been creeping itself in to our wardrobes where it instantly gives our outfits a girly feel. I was asked a few days ago by a fellow blogger where she could find one. I immediately went searching on to Etsy (my go-to for hand made- one off pieces) where the results came up with numerous collars. I must say it was quite hard having to go through them all to choose which ones I could recommend, but here they are. 

The first detachable collar is a peter-pan style that is in black sequins and would look beautiful teamed with a bright-neon top. This gorgeous piece can be purchased here. Make sure to browse through the store as they offer a few different styles, I also saw a gold glitter sequin collar that I would highly recommend! 

The second piece is a two-toned larger peter pan collar. I love the way the have paired it with the navy dress, I would suggest wearing this little number with a darker colour to make the two-tone pop out. This cute piece can be found here once again make sure to browse through the store as they also have a few different collars!

This last image is my favourite as I have been able to screen print a few different styles. I love how this shop has a wide variety of hand made collars that have been so delicately made. Make sure to shop for any of these styles here.
